Reelección Municipal en San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. ¿Consideran los Ciudadanos que ha Tenido Algún Beneficio para la Administración Pública Municipal?

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende investigar, la percepción de los ciudadanos en el Municipio de San Luis Potosí, respeto a la figura de la reelección. Esta figura está presente desde el 2014, donde se aprobaron los cambios constitucionales, para incorporarla a la vida político-electoral de México. En el proyecto legislativo de reelección, los diputados sostuvieron en la exposición de motivos, que era un proyecto para favorecer al ciudadano con funcionarios más capacitados y eficientes. A 10 años de la incorporación de la reelección a la política-democrática del país, es importante investigar con el propio ciudadano, si identifica algún beneficio en la incorporación de la reelección a la administración pública municipal. La investigación se acotó al Municipio de San Luis Potosí, ante la pluralidad de puestos de elección popular en México; pues investigar la esfera de gobierno más cercana a la población, ayuda como referente para los demás puestos de elección popular.

This paper aims to investigate the perception of citizens in the municipality of San Luis Potosi, capital city, regarding the figure of reelection. This figure has been present since 2014, when constitutional changes were approved to incorporate it into the political-electoral life of Mexico. In the legislative project of reelection, the deputies argued in the exposition of motives, that it was a project to favor the citizen with more capable and efficient officials. Ten years after the incorporation of reelection to the political-democratic system of the country, it is important to investigate with the citizens themselves, if they identify any benefit in the incorporation of municipal reelection to the public administration. The research was limited to the Municipality of San Luis Potosi, given the plurality of popularly elected positions in Mexico; since investigating the sphere of government closest to the population, helps as a reference for the other popularly elected positions.
